Julio has a BA in History and Literature from Harvard University (’03) and an MFA in Creative Writing from FIU. He has been working in the admissions and test preparation field for more than 20 years. In addition to helping students achieve incredible results, he has also produced commercial instructional materials for the SAT, ACT, GRE, and other exams. He personally trains every new instructor on the Studyworks team, and he has helped multiple organizations and private tutors across South Florida improve the quality and efficacy of their instructional process.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Education from the University of Florida and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Florida International University. With over a decade of experience teaching AP and AICE Cambridge English and History, Erica brings a deep understanding of how to engage with students, helping them feel seen, supported, and confident.

Garrett attended public schools in South Dakota before attending Harvard College where he earned a degree in Government and Teachers College at Columbia University. He has over five years' experience teaching and tutoring in mathematics, science, English language, and test preparation and has worked with students from 2nd to 12th grade.

Arielle is a passionate math and test prep tutor who loves helping students finally get concepts that once felt out of reach. She earned her degree in Mathematics with a minor in Astrophysics from University of Miami. What brings her the most joy is seeing students gain confidence as math starts to click. With a warm, encouraging approach and a talent for breaking down complex ideas, Arielle makes learning feel approachable, empowering, and even fun.

Melissa specializes in test prep, English language arts at all levels, and college essay writing, and she loves helping students discover their strengths and reach their full potential.
