Credential verification, academic background assessment, and initial screening for teaching aptitude.
Teaching Demonstration
Candidates deliver a live teaching demonstration and complete a subject knowledge assessment to prove both mastery and communication skills.
Founder-Led Training
Multi-session training with the founder covering our proprietary methods, materials, and the Studyworks standard of instruction.
Observed Practice Sessions
New instructors teach practice sessions under observation, receiving detailed feedback on technique, pacing, and student engagement.
Ongoing Mentorship
Continuous mentorship, regular quality reviews, and professional development ensure our team stays sharp and our standards never slip.
